Day 10 – Power still increasing

I added another 5 lbs to the bar bringing the weight up to 185lbs.  I knocked it out and felt like I could have done more.  Don’t get me wrong…it hurt like heck, but I was feeling pretty strong.  My form felt good as well.  On the scale, I didn’t budge.  I still showed as 175.  I still have a lot of time left in the routine to get to 185, so I’m not worried about it yet. 

I am seeing some size gains in my arms and despite the 4000 cals/day, I am sporting a decent six-pack.  I guess there is something to “squats work the whole body” after all.  Taking Friday off and then will see how I feel on Sat to determine if I will workout Sat or Sun.
